About Karen Pesch

Karen is a mix media artist residing in Irondequoit, NY.  Art has been a lifelong hobby for her, and has been enriched by classes in high school, RIT, the MAG, and on line. In the past Karen has done pen and ink drawings and paintings with acrylics focused on a variety of subject matter.  Retirement has brought the gift of time and a deeper exploration of her creativity.  This has resulted in the use of collage and mix media to create less representational art .  Her recent work has been rewarded with several Jurors awards at art club shows and at the Bridge Gallery.  You may find her work there, on the Irondequoit ARt Club web page, at the CAVE gallery in Irondequoit, and  on Instagram.
