Bio: Irondequoit Art Club member Ken Kassel studied art in high school and college and is a supporter of the arts in general. He and his spouse, artist Nancy Jo Gambacurta, have an extensive art collection in their home; many of the pieces have been matted, framed and hung by Ken.

Ken's primary interest is in black and white film photography. He has a darkroom set up in their home and starting in the 1980's has taken several courses in photography at the Flower City Art Center's Community Darkroom.

He currently administers the Irondequoit Art Club's Art Walk display at the Town Hall and had served as co-vice-president of the art club with Nancy Jo for many years. An active member of the club, Ken volunteers to participate on committees as needs arise.
