Workout Warriors In-Person

Eva, a fight choreographer, personal trainer and owner of Roc Fitness and Sword Fighting, will teach you sword techniques while keeping your body moving during this workout class. This session combines cardio and strength training. During the workout you will learn real historical sword techniques including footwork, attacking and defending. These sword techniques will be combined with basic cardio such as running in place or high knees and strength training basics such as squats and lunges to get a fun full-bodied workout. Foam swords will be provided. 

For ages 10-18.  Registration is required.
