Mindfulness Summer Series on the Library Lawn with Laura Gavigan In-Person

This 4-week outdoor mindful series for adults will take place on four Thursday afternoons in June (06/8, 06/15, 06/22, and 06/29) from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. If the weather is inclement, we'll meet in the library meeting rooms. Registration is required for each session. 

Please bring a lawn chair or yoga mat as the program will be held on the library lawn. 

Laura Gavigan will introduce patrons to various mindfulness practices including meditation, mindful walking, dynamic breathing, and more. Each session will integrate summer seasonal themes and will close with a journal prompt. 

Library programs are open and beneficial to all. We invite people with physical and/or cognitive disabilities to attend any of our activities and will strive to support individual needs. If you need accommodations to participate, please contact one of our Inclusion Coordinators, Matt Krueger and/or Amy Holland, one week prior to the program.
