The Story of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 with Professor Mark Sample In-Person

In 1964, President Lyndon Johnson was able to push for passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This is one of the most important pieces of legislation in American history regarding civil rights. Join Mark Sample, a professor in the History department at Monroe Community College, to learn the story of the passing of this act.
