How to Practice Mindful Gratitude with Mindful Matters In-Person

Mindful gratitude is a practice that involves cultivating a conscious and appreciative awareness of the present moment while acknowledging and expressing gratitude for the positive aspects of one's life.

This four-part mindful gratitude series will introduce you to the practice of mindfulness and practice several skills, including journaling, discussion, and meditation. The session dates are Wednesday, April 10; Wednesday, April 17; Wednesday, April 24; and Wednesday, May 1. Registration is required for each session. 

Each session will include an opening meditation followed by a check-in, a discussion, and mindful gratitude practices. There will be optional readings, additional resources, journal prompts, and videos for those who want to deepen their learning and practice.
