Mushroom Cultivation Workshop with Lori Koenick, certified Community Mushroom Educator, Cornell Cooperative Extension In-Person

Join us to learn how we can grow mushrooms at home and in the garden! We will explore what our fungal friends need to thrive in various environments and inoculate oyster mushroom cups together. In this introductory workshop, participants will...

· Learn some mycology basics and journey into the wonderful world of fungi.

· Explore different mushroom cultivation methods.

· Inoculate oyster mushroom cups.

· Connect and share with fellow local mycophiles.

Workshop facilitator, Lori Koenick, is a certified Community Mushroom Educator and Extension Support Specialist with Cornell Cooperative Extension.

Registration required.  Registration will open 4 weeks prior to date of event.
