Meet with a LawNY Health Care Navigator In-Person

Do you need help applying or renewing your health insurance? Do you have questions about your current health coverage? An experienced LawNY Navigator can help you and your family explore your health insurance options and enroll in coverage through the New York State of Health Marketplace (NYSOH). LawNY Navigators can help residents of Monroe and Livingston Counties apply for Medicaid, the Essential Plan, or a Private Health Plan.
Note: individuals aged 65 or older, and individuals who receive Medicare are generally not eligible for insurance on the Marketplace. 
*** Please bring photo ID, proof of income in the form of the most recent 4 weeks worth of paystubs or if self employed previous year's tax return, immigration or naturalization papers (if applicable), and social security numbers an birth dates of all family members.****
