Embodied Empowerment: Tween & Teen Yoga & Movement with Erin Wafer from StretchingKindness In-Person

Come rock your inner beauty, come rock your awesomeness.  Treat your body and mind to an hour of self love, care, and kindness.  This specialized yoga class provides a safer, non-competitive space for tweens and teens to practice self agency, to choose how to be in their body, and move freely, to work with their emotions and de-stress. Feel free to bring a mat or towel to use.  No yoga experience necessary.

Ages 10-18.  Registration is required.

Sponsored by the Friends of Irondequoit Public Library
